Lunar Land

Fantazy the Bear is gathering berries in the forest. Through Wizard Prospero his loud shouts reach the Wild Island and awake the mysterious and dangerous Lunaris flower. Its seeds turn into a cloud, and carried by the rind, fly towards the Land of Eternal Sunshine. The rushing cloud envelopes Fantazy the Bear, who falls asleep. He dreams of Lunaris, the ruler of the Lunar Land. Hapless friends try to wake him up, but to no avail. Wizard Prospero knows that only the Lotous of Awakening, which grows deep in the Mysterious Forest, can save the Bear. Prospero, Kapa-kapa, Puzzle and Bug set off on a quest. Julia stays with the Bear in the Sunny Glade. Choking vines, a storm of poplar pappus and a “live forest” are the obstacles which the desperate friends must overcome on their way to the lotus lake. During their journey they see in the crystal embedded in the Wizard’s ring how Fantazy walks lost in the Lunar Land. Only at dusk the friends manage to find the lotus lake. The Lotus Flower hides under water. It appears that all their efforts have come to nothing. The Puzzle calls a swarm of fireflies. This is enough to entice the Lotus Flower from the deep. Kapa-Kapa plucks it from the water. The friends rush back to the still-sleeping Bear. The light of the lotus reaches the Lunar Land and frees the Bear from his dream of Lunaris, the ruler of the Lunar Land.
