In a place called “the ear of the Earth” Kapa-kapa the Frog hears the cries of Julia. In order to save her and the Bear, they must enter the subterranean world. Wizard Prospero remembers the maps of the underground corridors. The only path leading there is under a waterfall. When they get there, they find that the waterfall has already frozen… At the same time, Julia and the Bear negotiate an underground chasm. However, instead of reaching the surface, the enter the cave of Gagatek. Mysterious light illuminates the cave, which is filled with green vines and flowers. The Bear sees the magical crystal. Enchanted by its glow, he takes it in his paws, unaware that Snake Gagatek is lurking in the shadows behind him. Julia and the Bear are saved by a ray of light from the crystal, which shows them the way out from the cave. Julia and the Bear flee. However, Snake Gagatek still chases the crystal. After a dramatic escape Julia and the Bear reach the opening under the frozen waterfall. They are trapped again, with the chasing snake just seconds behind them… The magic crystal melts the ice. Alas, the torrents of water snatch Julia and the Bear. Pursued by Gagatek, they swim down a fast stream. Their friends come to their rescue. When it seems that Gagatek will take the magic crystal from the Bear, he climbs the Emerald Mountain, something that nobody has ever done before. Stairs appear at the touch of his paws and lead the characters to the summit. The Bear sets the crystal in the middle of the Emerald Mountain. The Land of Eternal Sunshine again turns green and a rainbow appears in the sky. The Blue Bear is given the name Fantazy. Snake Gagatek swims into the ocean.
