Gustav Klimt

A film from the series „Impressions” made using classical and cut-out animation. The author subjectively selected pictures of Gustav Klimt. A subjective insight into the very structure of the paintings or maybe they are an attempt of going beyond that structure. The author of the film, try to present their own, often-surprising vision of the works of art. With their own feelings at the start, they use the films to show their own poetic interpretation of art, at the same time trying to the inner coherence, atmosphere aura created by the painter.
