Zbigniew Kotecki – Director
Director of animation films, cameraman in animation, feature, television, and documentary films. He makes films using combined and puppet animation techniques. In 1974 he graduated from the Fine Arts High School in Łódź and in 1979 from the State School of Film and Theatre in Łódź. Since 1980 Doctor of filmmaking. For many years now he has been co-operating with the Television Studio of Animation Films in Poznań, mainly as a cameraman and lately as a director. In the years 1980-1999 he has been working at Se-ma-for Film Studio in Łódź. Winner of over 30. prises at international and national Festivals. Member of the Polish Filmmakers Association.
